The Field School of Hvar is currently accepting applications for permanent positions and for the 2027 summer season, which runs from May 24 through August 27.

Individuals who thrive at The Field School typically have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education and professional experience working with children outdoors. Competitive applicants have demonstrated passion in one or several of the topics and skills we highlight, such as biology, carpentry, youth entrepreneurship, theater, regenerative agriculture, or design thinking. We are looking for professionals who approach The Field School of Hvar as a platform for their own creativity and curiosity. We are still a young program that is growing rapidly and constantly innovating. This environment is a good fit for you if you prefer fast-paced, dynamic, and active work, where people are strongly self-motivated to excel.

Field can only employ individuals with the right to work in Croatia, such as EU passsport holders and spouses of Croatian nationals.
