Thank you for your interest in The Field School of Hvar. Below are key dates, prices, and a brief application form to help us get to know your family.

Pricing & Availability

Tuition is €650 per week per child in summer, €300 per week in fall, winter, and spring. There are no other required program costs. Accommodations are booked directly with the provider (more detail here). Prepared meals for children in the program and excursions for parents and families are available for an additional fee.

Summer Sequence & Dates

  1. Submit application below.

  2. Receive invitation to interview, offer to enroll, detailed intake form, and invoice for 50% deposit. Deposits are fully refundable through the end of 2025.

  3. Late winter: booking for accommodations opens at the Fontana; details of camp themes, faculty, and 2026 handbook published. Non-refundable tuition balance due.

  4. Pre-departure: virtual orientation.

We are excited to get a sense of who you are as a family. What are your interests? What excites you about our program? Are your children approaching outdoor adventure and artisanship as a new challenge or are activities like these already part of their lives?

Key policies:

  1. Families joining Field for the first time may enroll in at most two sessions.

  2. Field is an active, outdoor program in English. Our team unfortunately cannot serve children who require consistent one-on-one support. Please be candid about any concerns you may have so that we can best support you and your child.

As a small program with significant hard costs, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances after December of 2025. Families are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unexpected disruptions.
