Parents from The Field School community are invited to talk about their entrepreneurial and creative projects with our learners.

• Any parent can participate if he or she has a project to share. Children in Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Middle will be the audience.

• The format will be a bit like "speed dating.” Parents do not need to do any special preparation, but if you have something to share that would help children understand what you do (it can be on your computer), you are welcome to bring it. Children will have some pre-determined questions and will also ask you their own questions as they arise. Each interview will last about 10 minutes.

• This event will take place in the outdoor tables at the Fontana Cafe.

As part of our “Homes” unit on human and natural ecosystems, children will be designing and executing simple impact or social entrepreneurship projects. This fair is an opportunity for them to research real entrepreneurial projects, the needs they meet in the world, and the thought process that goes into shaping a successful venture.
